There’s a collaborative spirit that runs throughout IEMN.  Since participation is non-binding and doesn’t represent any official governmental position, those who engage through IEMN bring a sense of sharing and openness to the table.  Best practices, initiatives that have been successful (as well as those that were not), and different ways of thinking all add to the mix.  And as is true in life, the greater the diversity, the more opportunity we all have for growth.
